1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Yokohama HPT, registered in England under company number 02278174 with a registered office at Yokohama House, Dawson Road, Mount Farm, Bletchley MK1 1QY (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

• Employees of the Promoter, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

• By entering, participants confirm they are eligible to do so and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3. Competition Period

• The competition opens at 0800hrs on Monday 4th May 2026 and closes at 2359hrs on Friday 25th September 2026.

• Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must scan the QR code displayed at any of the Time Attack meetings in 2026 and visit www.yokohama-competitions.co.uk, complete the online entry form, and correctly answer the tyre safety questions provided.

• Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified.

5. Prize

• The prize is one set of Yokohama tyres up to a retail value of £1000 (subject to availability).

• The prize is non‑transferable, non‑refundable, and no cash alternative is available.

• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

• Costs for fitting, balancing, disposal of old tyres, or additional services are the responsibility of the winner and are not included in the prize.

6. Winner Selection

• All valid entries will be entered into a random draw.

• The draw will take place within 5 working days of the Closing Date.

• The winner will be selected at random using a fair and unbiased process.

7. Winner Notification

• The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at entry within 5 working days of the draw.

• If the winner does not respond within seven days of the initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Claiming the Prize

• The prize will be delivered directly to the customer following successful verification at a mutually agreed time.

• Any costs not explicitly included in the prize (e.g. fitting, balancing, disposal of old tyres, or additional services) are the responsibility of the winner.

9. Data Protection

• Personal data supplied during the competition will be processed in accordance with UK data protection law and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

• Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winner, unless the participant has expressly opted in to receive marketing communications.

10. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Governing Law

• The competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
